About Sophie Wyllie
Artist, author, creator, and founding practioner of The Being Codex.
My work lives at the meeting point of transformation, creativity, consciousness, and meaningful human growth. Through art, writing, immersive experiences, and personal guidance, I explore what becomes possible when life is lived from greater truth, presence, and coherence. Our true nature of being.

MY JOURNEY
I have never felt called to create in only one form. Some ideas ask to become books, some become paintings, some become live experiences, and some become conversations that help another person remember who they are. Over time, rather than separating these paths, I chose to bring them together within one living body of work.
That body of work is The Being Codex.
My path has been shaped by a lifelong curiosity about human nature, consciousness, healing, emotion, creativity, and the deeper forces that shape our lives. Alongside my work as an artist, creator, healer and lifecoach, I have spent years exploring personal growth, wellbeing, psychology, energy work, nervous system healing, and the lived process of transformation.
Over time, it became clear that these were not separate interests. They were all different doorways into the same question: how do human beings return to what is most true within them?
The Being Codex emerged as my response to that question.

A Living Ecosystem of Work
Today my work includes The Being Codex framework, personal transformation sessions, group programmes, future trainings, writing and books, original art collections, Flow State live audiovisual experiences, creative mentorship, and future resources for adults, children, and communities.
Each branch is connected by the same intention: to help people live with greater wholeness, depth, creativity, and conscious presence.
Depth, Beauty, and Real Change
I care deeply about creating work that is both meaningful and real. For me, this means honouring depth without unnecessary complexity, spirituality without losing grounding, and beauty as something that can genuinely nourish life.
Whether someone encounters this work through a conversation, a book, a painting, or a live experience, my hope is the same: that something true within them is remembered, a return to being.
I believe many people sense there is more available to life than stress, repetition, disconnection, and surface-level success. I believe creativity is healing, presence is powerful, transformation is possible, and what is most valuable within us is often already there, waiting to be recognised.
This work is my way of contributing to that remembering.
